Dean's Professional Services is committed to ensuing the highest level of service. By gathering your feedback, we can not only better understand the staff's performance, but better understand how we can service you better. DPS is now using WebCenter for time approval and scheduling. 

As of May 4, 2017, DPS will no longer be using the Tempbuddy System.

Based on re-occurring performance issues and feedback received from you, our Clients, Dean’s Professional Services will no longer be utilizing the Tempbuddy application for scheduling, time entry and approval. Effective immediately, we will be utilizing the DPS WebCenter.  

Dean’s Professional Services has utilized WebCenter since 2012.  The DPS WebCenter, provides clients with the opportunity to approve time through the portal and see a list of their current/active assignments and employees. The DPS IT Team is working diligently to ensure that the systems put in place continue to provide an added value to our clients.

All clients will receive correspondence via email and a phone call to discuss how to utilize the DPS WebCenter and to provide you with a new username and password by 5:00pm, Thursday, May 4, 2017.

Compliance & Training

DPS Hospitality employees will have knowledge, understanding and application of best practices for their specific job function. DPS employees will complete a background check per contract and must pass the DPS 5-Point Check system. Upon completion, DPS employees will attend an orientation. In orientation, DPS employees will be presented with topics regarding professionalism, dress code, attendance, and safety.
